Entrepreneur Harold de Vries, originally from the Netherlands, relocated to Central Portugal in 2021 with the goal of establishing a Retreat Centre. He pioneered the innovative Tinybarnhouse concept – ideal for retreat guests seeking a pure holiday experience without bathroom or kitchen facilities. This concept inspired the formation of steelblue-yak-198898.hostingersite.com in 2023, a construction company spearheaded by Harold. Collaborating with his team, they are actively engaged in various projects across Central Portugal, ranging from holiday rental properties to sustainable off-grid homes for permanent residency.
Our Design
The inspiration for the design of our tiny barn house originates from the charm of a rustic wooden barn, which we have transformed into a sophisticated and enduring aesthetic.
